In a very quiet, typical Tuscan hamlet with two apartments, we have the newly renovated Marina 2 apartment (sleeps 2-4 people) on offer. The romantic green surroundings invite you to completely relax from everyday stress and enjoy walks and beautiful moments in the garden at a beautiful pool.

The owner recently renovated these apartments with great attention to detail and they now offer all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Held in the Tuscan style with terracotta floors and wooden ceilings, you will learn about the classic, marvellous structure of ancient farmhouses. The large enclosed garden with swimming pool (8 x 5 m), which is located on the southwest side of the building is just 15 meters away from the apartments, can be enjoyed from mid-May to late September with comfortable sofas, deck chairs, a barbecue and a pizza oven. There is plenty of room for children and a number of toys for them to play with. This very child-friendly atmosphere will make an enjoyable holiday for the whole family.

 

 

The Marina 2 apartment is located on ground floor and consists of a spacious living-dining room with fireplace, SAT-TV and a comfortable sofa, two double rooms, one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed and a newly renovated bathroom incl. a washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped with a 4-stove cooker, sink, dishwasher, coffee machine, a small oven and a big refrigerator. Guests of this apartment can use the patio area with a table and chairs, which is located close to the entrance of the property.

Excursions to the beautiful, ancient cities of Florence and Arezzo, which are just 50 and 30 km away, give you an insight into the Tuscan culture and history. But also in the vicinity are many interesting places for cultural excursions. One of them is the Monastery of La Verna, where Francis of Assisi lived. Another true jewel of Tuscany is the castle of Poppi. The area also offers excellent opportunities to enjoy yourself by hiking or mountain biking in the beautiful scenery.

 

About 5km away you can find the nearest village with a small grocer. The next bigger supermarket can be found in the village of Rassina about 9km away. For sports enthusiasts there is a beautiful golf course located about 25 km from the apartments.
