Apartment number 3 of "La Fonte" holiday farm is suitable for 3-4 people. It has been carefully, lovingly restored by its owners. Cotto pavements and beamed ceilings give to it a typical Tuscan atmosphere.

This one-floor apartment consists of a roomy kitchen supplied with refrigerator, stove, oven, cooking utensils and TV; furthermore, of two bedrooms (1 double bedroom+1 bedroom with bunk bed) and of a newly restored bathroom with shower for disabled guests. Apartment doors are wide enough to let wheelchairs through.

The apartment provides handmade solid wood furniture. Perfect renovation work together with precious materials create a really inviting Tuscan milieu. 

„La Fonte 3“ holiday apartment has a separate entrance, which leads you into the kitchen. Enjoy relaxing moments in its open-air private area supplied with garden furniture and grill. The pool lies 10 meters away and is a further quiet place during the bathing season. Furthermore, a SAT tv-room as well as a ping-pong table stays at disposal of all guests.

Enjoy the wonderful view over the surrounding valley, the 12th century Romena castle on the west and the ancient village of Poppi on the south.

In Poppi (2kms away) there are all kind of shops for your daily needs. Nice characteristic atmosphere is to be found in Florence (45kms away) and the near less known historical town of Arezzo (35kms). Experience the culture and history of Italy in the relaxed atmosphere of those cities!
